Went to a gem in the north with another gem-the better half to Whitepark Bay, the tourists haven't arrived yet and took a few pics -
At Ballintoy Harbour, a Dutch film crew were filming for a Dutch Quiz show. There were a pile of empty ammunition boxes lying about. I thought that they had been washed up and finders keepers. Unknown to me, they were props.

Nice pics.................you probably know, (trivia point coming up....) but the last pic is of an Eider duck with her offspring...........she of "eiderdown" fame....linky. The downy feathers are harvested from the nests after the breeding season. The nests are spectacularly soft and comfy looking!
