Quest floppy aeriel

Anyone with a quest suffering from a loose aeriel??

Mine has gone very floppy (ooeer!). I use a TT mount so it is fairly well supported. but if you remove it from the mount the aeriel flops shut on its own.
There doesn't seem to be a way of tightening it.

Call Garmin......apart from a brief period recently as they moved premises, they've always had the best customer service going
