Quest Master Reset

I know Ive seen somewhere that there is a master reset for the Quest unit when it freezes up.

The one where you hold certain buttons and it powers down. I thought it was in the Garmin instruction booklet but I can't find it.

Can anyone help - my unit is OK but it fluttered today and I don't want to be stuck away from home on a trip.

RESET

Apparently its PAGE OK and POWER all at once BUT it does clear your database as well - so it's a last resort thing.
