I have 2 bikes with lithium batteries side by side in my garage but only have one charger.I thought id swap the charger from 1 bike to the other on a weekly basis, does anyone see a downside to this ?
Cheers

No, except I only did it for 1 day a month over winter when I had 2 bikes. All depends on what is running when the bike is parked e.g. trackers can use a lot of power if you have a weak 4G signal.
I used to rotate a CTek charger between 2 bikes and a lawn tractor
They were lead acid batteries but from what I’ve seen with the lithium battery on my GS it doesn’t seem to discharge at all when left for several weeks
My lithium battery doesn’t discharge like a convential battery . The only issues have been the electronics going to sleep and so the battery charger thinks the battery is flat . A quick jump dart from another battery rectifies the situation .

Yeah, this, no real need to keep lithium on trickle. If your charger has recovery that switches the battery back on it only takes a few minutes on charge to wake it up.
In fact, I specifically don’t keep Li batteries on trickle- they’re prone enough to blowing up as it is.
