BMW NAVIGATOR 111 does it have a mp3 player built in?

No it does not. Only the "equivalent" Garmin 2820 has the MP3 player.
The NavIII only has a bluetooth connection for the mobile phone into an intercom/helmet, whereas the the 2820 has both bluetooth and wired connections.
The 2820 will not use the addtional buttons on the NavIII cradle and you can't add the MP3 finctionality to a NavIII.
Suggest either the Zumo 550 or wait for BMW Navigator IV.

do have a zumo already, just fancied that nav 111 that was for sale last week, but not if it doesnt play music.
