Hi Guys, hope you can help. Have been given an Itouch as a present, and want to play. Can't get quicktime or I tunes to download on to my dektop computer. It starts to download quicktime first, makes progress and then gives this error message.
Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\windows\Installer\Quicktime.msi. Any suggestions as to how I can sort this would be gratefully received. Ian
