1. Today with 2-up i found it quite difficult to get to 200km/h (120m/h)...is it the same for you ??

It got fairly easy until 160km/h and then normal and slow to 200...

2. Can it be bacause i have not thrased my nike yet, even though i have done 2000 km ??

do i have to put the engine to rev limits ??

does it make any sense ??

I have been told that it takes up to 5,000 miles/8,000km [maybe more] before you get the full performance......and at only 1700 miles I feel that my bike performs better every time I go for a ride.
I know this isn't science but hope it helps....

nice,i was just wondering though. The second time i attemped to go around 200 came more easy until 190,so should get better . Did not stay at that speed as the road was not too good for speeds like this.

jlabro, sounds like you need a Hayabusa... :P
The bike's top speed is "only" 136mph (or something in that area), I find that my bike, one up, goes quite easily up to 100mph, and even 110mph, but from there it takes a bit of convincing and a bit more time.

After all, 120mph is fairly close to the bike's top speed anyway.

(120 m/h)

I must admit I've been no more than 110mph/177kmh on mine. I bought the bike more for the gutsy mid-range than ultimate top speed...I am a refugee from sportbikes and a narrow escape from a license suspension:
.......... our Police just love to catch you doing over 100m/160k and take your license away for a while.....So I tend to stick to back-roads where your speed is naturally limited, but you still have fun.

hehe...just wondering...i do not care about ultimate top speed. i just want to go to 200km by myself and see that there is more power there.. that's what i care. i do it,and them everything will be fine and going normal of course..

not so "speed addicted"

Mine went up to 210 with me and another person on the ride. 6500km on mine. Speeding on Egnatia

Managed to squeaze 230kmh (off the clock) on the Nullabor going across Australia... What a buzz.
The beast will cruise comfortably at 180+, but economy halves compared to about 100kmh.
Kids, don't try this at home.
