By selecting 'quote' at the bottom right of the post you wish to quote in your own post......

Like that?

Just click on the "quote" button on the bottom right of the post you're reading, and it will include everything from that post in your reply. Just delete the bits you don't want, leaving all the bits in the square brackets.
