R 45 Rear shocks

Hi All
Whats the best value rear shocks for R45 (1981) and from where need decent ones as carry a pillion and luggage ? before i just go in blind and order some
Any one got a rear rack and or panniers for same bike ? cheers

Put Hagons on mine, they are preload only adjustable. (£120 ish I think?)Am happy with them but only use the bike one up. Worth contacting them and seeing if a heavier spring is required?? Did speak to A.B.E about rebuilding the standard ones but didnt go any further with it. If your loaded up with pillion and luggage may be worth looking at fork springs to.

phoned m/works today they have Hagons for £129 capable of taking 12-15st rider and one 10st pillion but not luggage. They would have to contact Hagons and get a price on custom ones.
