It's not a standard colour, I know the owner, he had it painted in BMW San Marino blue as he liked the colour, and the original black paint was well past it's best.
It's a tidy honest bike, and the Luftmeister braced swing arm is a rare addition, it's the only one I've ever seen in the flesh.

It does look a nice bike, although the centre stand stops look like they need attention; it's pointing too far forward, common problem.
Not a bad price either.

Apologies if I have missed it, but is this still on point ignition and have any of the other electrics on the bike been upgraded or improved? Just wondering if anyone knew. I’ll ask the owner on eBay I guess.

The CS, like all the post 81 models came with electronic ignition, light flywheel, Brembo brakes, improved switch gear, etc. The CS also got rear drum brake and taller diff ratio for more relaxed cruising. They're a nice bike, while some prefer the heavy flywheel models, I owned a R100S and a CS at the same time, and much preferred the CS.

Luftmeister made a brace that you had to weld on yourself. San Jose sold the completed job.
