R1100RS with a K1200 17" Rear wheel??..

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if this is a recommended conversion?, my understanding is that the K1200 rear wheel which is a 5" rim on the none GT bike which carriers the 5.5" rear wheel will fit straight onto the rear drive of a R1100RS. (Does the 5.5" fit??)..

The idea is to get a far better tyre choice, I expect to do this along with the shorter torque arm.

Anyone have any experience??..

You'll need different length wheel bolts.

Arghh ok so use the ones off the K1200?.
