Does anyone know what they changed on the r1100s to make the rake 25degrees as opposed to 26 degrees on the gs and RT et al.

Thanks gents, it was dimensions I was after. I'm wondering if the wishbone is shorter on the 1100s. I'll have to get a 2nd hand parts supplier to measure one.

If you click on the link you'll see it's common to the 1100S, 1100R and 850R, if that's any help. What is it that you are trying to do?

I'm looking to reduce trail on the sidecar bearing bike. As the 1100s has a 25degree rake I wondered whether they had changed the telelever. If I could fit this part then it may improve things quite easily.

You might want to contact GrumpyLee - he had a very nicely set up 1150 outfit and may be able to help...

Thanks Mike, I'll do that, I've already fitted a GSA rear shock so fitting a 17" front wheel isnt an option now it will alter things too much.
Vyk on here has also done it but I think he used a linkage but they are about 350 euros and 6 weeks to make.....so looking for cheaper and quicker solutions so I can crack on with getting the sidecar set up.

Thanks Nick.

I'll measure and check its an 02 single spark so could be either.

Don't really want to raise the rear too much as it alters the seat angle too much.
