In order to add the 2nd Load Relay found on later models to my Twin Spark 2004 R1150RT (here), I had to find the Green Wire Bundle Connection Point (X9450). Since I had to learn this by trial & error, I thought I would document what I found, in case anyone needs the information in the future.

There are two groups of connection points on the left side of the frame, bundled as stubs (photo below) and integral to the wiring harness. Because this isn't written down anywhere, I wanted to document it for the forum.

In the forward stub bundle:
Brown (large group of wires)
Green
White
Green/Gray
Green/Blue/Yellow Dot
Yellow/Red
Blue
Green/Red

In the rear stub bundle:
Brown (smaller group)
Brown/Black
Purple
Green/White
Yellow/Gray
Brown/Gray
Green/Black

File this away, or remember that it's here if you need this information for the future.

Roger. Very useful info (even if I have a late GSA already fitted with the load relief relay!). But can you clarify the significance of the red circle. Is this the location of the second stub you mention?

Sorry, yes, I should have mentioned it. That is the location of the rear connection bundle.

Slightly off topic. I was helping a friend the other day with his 1200. The wiring loom had chafed against the battery box and rubbed well though one of the heavy gauge cables. We spliced in a new length of wire with heat shrink sleeve and self amalgamating tape.
It had rubbed against plastic so no symptoms but sooner or later it could have shorted against other wires.
