r1150 gs/r1100gs cylinder head protectors

Hi, Guys,
These cylinder head protectors for a 03 twin spark
Apparently they are the same apart from the underside which has a moulding to suit the extra plug.
Is this true?
Will they fit my 99T single spark?

They don't fit a single ( well they do but you can't use the bottom mounting point, so you only have two mounts instead of two ).
