[Rugged Path]

Has anyone made a folding table top to put across the rugged and heavy panniers while off the bike. Use as a flat surface for stove and other cooking equipment. Maybe using the pannier hook rings as a way to secure a table top by cutting slots in plate.

Maybe us some commercial supplied thin alu or S/S sheet.
