Right so the wheel is now off.

Next question:
The exhaust is a Remus titanium with what I assume is either a Remus or custom collector box - I can post crap phone pics if required.

Should it be only held to the bike by the downtubes and the rear mount?
I would expext at least one bracket on the collector?
 
Well after removing the back mount it feels like its going to fall off or damage the downpipes at any moment :(
 
that's why you undo the front clamp first then the rear and wiggle it until it come off

TIP for you! tie the centre stand forward to the front wheel in case you get a bit energetic as they are fairly easy to roll off stands etc being for us old pipe n slipper brigade

Yep, you know when you have both wheels off and it drops onto its sump guard........ dont ask.......
 
I won't :)
It can't roll any further forward, it's only about an inch short of one of the trike projects :)
I have noted however that leaning on the back of the bike when the wheel is off is not a good idea :)
Pictures will have to wait until the dark storm clouds have buggered off :)
No power or light in my council garage.
