Would not bother, get the mudsling or wunderlich equivalent, believe it is called the "inner fender"?? I have the Wunderlich version and it is excellent 10/10!!!

I bought one from a guy here on the site which came from Pyramid Plastics, it looks a nice bit off kit but i havnt bothered fitting it as im going to take mine off road so it probably wont be any good for that.
Hi this is my first post so it may not wk. Anyway having just bought a 2007 GS1200ADV I took my missus out for a ride and when we returned after about 150miles 50 miles in rain I could not belive the state of the rear of the bike! and more annoying Christine's back of her jacket! "Blimey it looked like we had been rolling in the field! and we were only on A and B roads.
As we ride in GL1800 goldwing and also a HD Electra Glide we are far from use to that sort of thing, it brought back my sports bike days!
So here is the questions.... I see on my pals 2008 GS that he has a like 1/2 scrapper thing black plastic sort of at the end of the rear tye (not one of those that go's under towards the front) Then I read about rear mudguards? Rear Huggers???? and also large under sides? and rear number plate mount extenders?
Please tell me in pictures if possible what are the differences and applications. Don't want off roading more a kleener rear end!!!
Like the look of the one that is on my pals but it was on his bike when he got it (5 months ) old when he bought it.
Other than having to be a Daddy long legs! I am having fun riding the GSADV
I need some help re seat to, but I will ask that seperatly. I notice a lot of chaps asking for Hella plugs and aux sockets I sell them if it helps powerlet and BMW hella plugs. And heated jackets and gloves.
So if anyone can advise me re rear end do da's it would be helpfull

I have a hugger from Nippy Norman on my 2008 GSA (with ESA). Fits well - two up with full luggage - no problem - good price too. Black shiny fibreglass - suits the bike
