R1200GSA Seat - Sore Arse

I rented a GS for a two month trip through Australia and NZ last winter and didnt have anything like the sore / numb arse problems that I have on my GSA at home if I ride a relatively high mileage.

Turns out the GS seat is different to the GSA seat, with the GSA seat being far harder and not sculpted.
Took my seat to Matt at Andover Upholstery 01264323144 and he sorted the issue by reshaping the seat for £50. He re-used the original seat cover.
Problem solved!
Matt has an old Corbin seat which he uses as a guide

Funny, I found the opposite comparing the standard height gs seat to the standard gsa seat.

Same with screens I reckon - results vary from rider to rider.
