Had this a few weeks now.

This is my third R1250 in the last few years. Previous was a R1250RS. Before that a R1250R Sport.
It’s my favourite to date.
Extra’s fitted in the last few weeks are Voigt Risers. Wunderlich Heated Seat. Wunderlich Frame plugs. BMW Sport Belly Pan. Evotech Radiator Guard. Puig Hugger & Grab Rail delete kit. BMW Cylinder Protectors. Stainless Silencer.

Think I’m done.
Apart from a different reg number.

Very nice Nick....although I guess there is always the future 1300....

Possibly.
I think it might be a fabulous bike.

However, with this current R1250R SE being over £17,000 new without the accessories that I have added. I guess a new 1300R would be about £19,000 with a few more toys. So. Over £20,000.

Certainly don’t want one without a clutch lever.

Maybe a nice used example in a couple of years time.
It does look really nice.IMG_2639.jpegIMG_2643.jpegIMG_2641.jpeg

Really? My 1250RS SE in sports colours with the chrome silencer, heated grips and luggage rack was £15,700 when I shuck hands on the deal this time last year so has the mothership hiked the prices on the quiet this year?

Madness, isn’t it ?
BMW really are taking the piss.
It's the entire automotive industry......they are taking the piss.

Changing the car hopefully next year..

Have been driving Superbs for the last 5 - 6 years...but the new one has taken a huge jump in price....so I went on the Skoda config to downsize with the view to saving my company some money...

Skoda Octavia Wagon.... €55k.
Nothing special, Sportline 2.0tdi DSG.

Fifty Five Feckin Thousand Euros for a Skoda Octavia!!!!

Sent with a Zen10

Fitted a pair of Barkbuster Hand guards today.
Mounting hardware modified with my Powerfile as they were not designed for the R1250R.

Fits great. Lower portion clears tank by about 6mm on full lock.
Screws and nuts replaced with stainless.

Also fitted a pair of Wunderlich brake and clutch hose extenders.
No problem bleeding. All air comes out with a little slow pumping on the levers.

Running out of ideas now to make the bike a bit different.
