Been on the look out for some decent leather waterproof summer gloves to replace my 4yr old HG gloves that they no longer do. I've stumbled across these - anybody used them?

-Are they warm (I hope they're not)?
-Are they thin (I hope they are)?
-Do they wear well?

I bought a pair over 2 years ago from infinity, they are without doubt the most comfortable and supple gloves I've ever had. They mold to the shape of your hands. If they ever wear out.... I'll buy another pair straight away :thumb2

The reason I bought them was that I was told you shouldn't wear Gortex gloves with heated grips, I'm so pleased I took their advice.

See pic, having now done about 28-30K (slightly faded :D)....

Edit: I wear them all year round, they were very warm in the South of France last June (anything is to be honest) but I also wore them last weekend in the snow (ok so have muffs fitted :D)...oh and no stitching has come undone.

I reckon you can guess I'm pleased with them :augie:D

had a pair for 2 or 3 years now.

have a slight tendency to clamminess, but otherwise superb.

I got a pair of these a month or so ago and have been out on some pretty cold days and they have kept me surprisingly warm, they are very supple and comfortable. I was out last weekend in heavy rain and they did leak a little on the palm of one hand where I wiped my visor with it, so I am going to take them back to see what infinity have to say about it.

Got a pair as my winter gloves and they're very good. Too hot to wear when the weather turns nice though.

Sounds as though they're what I'm after. Cheers for the feedback :thumb2

Got some too

Only owned for a couple of months but very comfortable from the off & no leaking even in pouring Welsh rain!

Tried them on and decided they were more of a winter glove than a summer glove due to the lining. I was still very impressed, so will pick up a pair in time for the autumn.

So - I'm going for 2 x gloves for this summer. Having tried on dozens of gloves, I found the Richa Waterproof Race Glove. £45

It feels like it has no insulation and the lining is very thin, so you get a lot of feel and hopefully keep your hands as cool as possible. The only thing it didn't have that I really wanted was double cuff fastening, but single should be just enough.

I'm now on the lookout for a good armoured ventillated summer glove. Probably the Racer High End, as I liked the Kanagaroo skin palms.

or the HG Racing Extreme Carbon gloves:

Halvarssons State glove (sorry no linky) is meant to be a summer waterproof glove.

I intend to find some, and see how good they are, as Ive only seen adverts so far...
...and: only 38.99 from grandprix legends (so within my price range)
