I want to by a R2P jacket but I'm hesitating between 2 sizes.
BTW, I'm 1,78m, 96 kg, pretty wide shoulders and no belly (just lovehandles!). I already have the santiago pants (size 54) that fits me well.
The R2P jacket size 56 fits me well at the waist but is a bit too tight at the shoulders. Nothing I could not live with, especially when the line is not in. When I put the liner, I don't have room for more than a long sleeve tshirt and, as I said, the shoulders are tight. Without the liner, the fit is good and more comfy, as long long as I wear a light t-shirt.
On the other hand, the 58 fits me better (more room, more confy) at the shoulders. But you can imagine that it is more baggy at the waist. Actually, the 58 fits me well with the liner in but when I take it off, it is a bit roomy.
I would like to ask R2P owners what they think of that situation based on their experience with the jacket. Is it better to choose a tighter fit or to have more room (looser fit)? Do you ride most of the time with or without the liner?
Going through the treads, I saw pictures of guys that have chosen a smaller fit and others a more roomy fit... Did some of you regret their sizing choice (should have taken the smaller or the bigger size?)
Thanks for you help and advise
