Sold RE Hunter (285 miles)

So a couple of months back we we’re looking for a used RE Himilayan. Walked into a local dealer and ended up riding away with a (no miles) pre registered Hunter. We have ridden 285 miles and since purchase i have added: Led headlight. White LED indicators, short levers. Hand guards, flyscreen, Sump guard, spotlights and engine bars. Mileage is 285 and is booked in next week for its 300 service. It has the remaining 2.5 years of warranty and European breakdown.
Only selling as yesterday we came across a as new Himmy that we took fancy to..

I rode one last week as a loan bike from Holywood Service station. I was told that one of their customers has completed over 100k miles on hers! While the bike was a little too small for me (I'm 6 feet tall) it had seriously impressive MPG and was very pleasant for bimbling around A and B roads. On the A75 trunk road to Norn Iron, it held its own amongst the trucks and commuter traffic. For someone of somewhat smaller stature, it would bear serious consideration as a commuter or a second bike for shorter trips / bimbles.

It is a cracking little bike..it puts a smile on your face, handles well and sounds great..

Riding around Norfolk roads it is great..it sits really well btw 60-65 MPH

I put a couple of thou on one. Aftermarket shocks and Metzlers resulted in many smiles and a bike that handled very well indeed in the Welsh twisties.
