Re-instating XP Administrator rights

While messing with my PC I reset my administrator rights to "limited" to try something out.
Unfortunately I was the only "Administrator" and now it wont let me re-instate my rights to alter, install etc.
Is there a way to do so without having to re-install Windows
Please help an elderly technophobe at his wits end......

Panic over!!

Just found out one of my boys had managed to get himself on the system as an administrator as well, so I re-instated myself through his account!!

Now give him a good "clip round the ear" to assure that you are the only administrator
