Re key seat lock

Need to replace the seat lock on my 2011 1200 GS, is it the same as the panniers where you take all the bits off and push down the last wafer to release the lock from its casing?

I have done one of those yet but there is usually a narrow slot somewhere at the bottom of the lock barrel to get at that last wafer to squish it in and turn and lift the whole barrel out

Hmm Perhaps the large wafer is to the outside ??
