and I was planning to organise a small ride-out, however, I was told today that the system roll-out planned for next Tuesday is now going to be next Wednesday, so I can't make the meet anyway

Clive, if that is an IT system you may as well go along on Wednesday - a single days delay just isn't long enough!!

I don't mind which place - slightly longer journey means the engine may actually warm up!! However, I might have to offer my apologies as the date clashes with an AGM I might need to go to...

Deja vu

On holiday last week, got to the beach 10 minutes after arriving at resort, and twisted my knee - my other knee!

No walking, hiking, or bike riding for a few weeks.

Booked in for Arthroscopy #2 on 31st May. At least I'll have a matching pair of knees again!
