You never know, it might be raining, I'm sure she'll take you out then :P

I should think so after the verbal thrashing I gave her in the car park.

Get yourself there man, whatever mood she's in.

See you all there.

"I'll be there, da dada da dada da"
I met a newbie 1200GS (blue/grey/black) living in Sonning Common who I'll try to groom into turning up  . I think he had just got the bike when I met him, and he was not aware of this tossy forum. PB

I'm Gsing to Norwich Monday should be back via London wednesday spose I can bypass the house and go straight there. Otherwise she who must be obeyed might feel unwanted

I'll be there if my new toy can get me the the right location!!

Early birthday present to myself in the form of a Garmin Quest.

See you all Wednesday:beerjug:

Clives Merry Men

Nice one Clive.

Clive, Pondboy, Carcher2k, Titch, Jeremy,Chisurz, Dahoum, NeilF, Minky, (Newbie) Steve, Jezza, Viking and an RT rider who lives just round the corner from The Pack Saddle all turned up, making it another record breaking evening.
Much fun had and bollocks talked. :beerjug: PB

Sorry to have missed it.

I really thought I was going to make it this month but, having had quite a quiet week at work, suddenly everybody wanted things done urgently yesterday afternoon. Don't ya just hate that?

Then a large part of Oxfordshire Fire Service turned up outside as one of the flats opposite had a fire. At that point the ghoul in me took over. :D
Lot of smoke, breathing apparatus, etc. No one hurt I believe.

Paul

PB Did our list include Phil, who snook in about 8:30?

Good luck to you and Chris on your epic journey.

Cheers,

Neil.

A few of you were interested in a bit of "green laning" - I'm probably going to be joining in with the M4 camera protest mentioned on http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42742
on Saturday 30th April
and thought that as I will be passing Newbury services on the way home I could ride the Byways/Fords route I posted up before on my Byways thread but in reverse i.e. from Newbury services to Wokingham.
Anyone fancy following along ? :)

I would be that RT rider who lives around the corner... In fact I used to own an RT but traded it in for the K1200LT in February.

That evening, purely by chance, I just happened to walk to my local for a quiet pint and spotted an interesting sight as I approached the Packsaddle... The massed grouping of BMW GS bikes was very hard to miss. I decided to track down these people and say 'HI' as talking to fellow beamer riders is just too hard to pass up.

I would like to thank all you gents there for a good time. I had a good chat, a few laughs and found out about this site.

Thanks guys.
Luc

(maybe I'll get a chance to see you in May)
