Yes, I had it on my 2015 bike and now my 2018 bike - probably also on my 2013 bike too but my memory is fading :)

The rear brake is rock solid after a service, but the gets progressively softer until the travel becomes grossly excessive after 3,000 miles or so - my dealer is aware and following it up.

Only problem I have had with the rear brake was when I used the "handbrake". After a day in the mountains it wouldn't hold. Cant be good for the linings to sit clamped to a hot disc.

My bike still has this excessive brake travel issue, BMW know of the issue but haven’t yet been able to resolve it - the short term solution is to bleed it regularly, but that isn’t a permanent fix.

+1 on that had it in Switzerland, was fully loaded and it was a long day, far to many mountains.
