How much would you expect to pay to get these changed on an 1150 GS? Anyone had it done recently?

I take it you mean the bearing in the final drive; the wheel itself doesn't have any. Mine went (1100) two years ago; it cost £120.00 at Allan Jefferies to get it sorted; I removed and replaced the final drive myself, though removal might not be necessary. Might give you some idea...
