Spinning the rear wheel today to find tyre valve there is a rumble like sound. There's no sideways movement on the wheel so I'm suer it's not the bearing.

This didn't happen on my last RT is this normal on the LC RT ?

No noise from my rear hub when I spin it, except for the disc scraping a bit.

Thanks, for getting back to me. looks and sounds like the FD as it sounds like gears meshing but not sweetly if that makes sense. Bikes only done 5,000 miles.

Well it appears my FD is okay, according to service dept at local dealers, the noise is due to oil draining off the gears over a couple of weeks, so the gears mesh making the noise, as the oil gets onto the gears the noise goes away....................or is this sales speak ?

Anyway the noise has gone now.

Sounds like bollocks to me. Just been out to spin the rear wheel on the loaner I have from Bahnstormers and no rumble. Suggest you go for a ride then give it a go.

Cheers
