Reccomended a CRM

Looking for a CRM for work.

Like the functionality of Dynamics. But we are looking for something that is not cloud based so we can put on our own servers, does not have a monthly or annual fee.

Max 10 users or so.

Any suggestions?

We use dynamics

IMO cloud is good if you plan to be in business a while because dynamics will continue to develop and access when out and about may become a requirement

Sugar CRM, Vtiger, Dynamics NAV, Salesforce etc...

Hubspot CRM is a very good free package, but it is in the cloud.

They also have some very good material on using social media and marketing, etc.
