Just wanted to say I bought a set of Vario Panniers from Brian G today. As expected they came unlocked and I needed to recode the panniers. There is a very useful guide here
20 minutes with a philips screwdriver and a small flat bladed screwdriver and they are now coded to my ignition lock. I also had a few
first so can't be that hard. If you have a set and they need recoding to your ignition key it's definitely worth a try.
