My future son in law has just bought an Apirlia 125 and is looking for somewhere to have it serviced whilst maintaining the warranty.

Does anyone have any recomendations in Hampshire/Berkshire/South Surrey area.

Many thanks

MTC motorcycles in Reading, they really know their stuff (any make).
I recommend that he uses the fully synthetic 2 Stroke oil, the best money can buy, loads to choose from.

I wouldn't touch those tossers called Motts?, those w@nkers nearly killed my mate. The tossers forgot to tighten the top yokes after a service and when he gave it a handfull on the wat home the yokes came clean of in his hands and he crashed  , luckily he wasn't hurt. Bike and gear was fecked though.

In Maidenhead there is a small shop called Solo motorcycles, near Taplow station, on the A4. Its a small private outfit and looks a bit dodge: workshop only, no showroom as such. Having said that, they worked on my girlfriend's Cagiva Planet 125 to get it going after a long spell standing in the previous owners garden. Bike worked very well after that, started every time, despite the badge! They seem to specialise in Italian marques: the owner is an Augusta addict!

Another is in Wimbledon. Been going to him for years. Very good, very reasonable: doesn't piss you about, which is a godsend in my book. If that's no too far, Pm me andI'll pass you the details.

Thanks

Thanks for the tips will follow up- the post was following a very strange phone call with Motts which was not at all promising.
