Why did I ever sell my 2009 GSA??? It was a great bike. At least I've finally rectified things....I think this might be even better!! 2011 bike from Alan Jefferies, one owner with only 2,900 miles!! It literally rides like a brand new bike!! Just put a set of Sargent Seats on and its perfect!!

I wish I had never sold mine. Loved it more than my 2015 LC for sure

Just got a 2013 ,90th anniversary model with 12,000 miles, as you say why did I get rid of my last one:blast, was like putting an old pair of slippers back on, lol, it suites me far better than the KTM 1290 I've been riding for the last 18 months.

Lovely bike a set of AX-FIED and these bikes become amazing, ask younger06 what a deal you found there....:thumb2

Who buys these bikes then not use them 2900 miles is that not a typo , great find if not

I'd like a twincam but can't justify the cost to change from my '08 GSA.

That's a great find with that mileage. I miss my 2012 Rallye.

Whilst the 2017 bike I have now is better in every technical way, it's just not as engaging to ride for some reason. Feels too clinical - too much like an appliance. I do know why I sold mine though....it had an electrical fault for 6 months that I couldn't get to the bottom of and had a bike bike tour coming up so it was a bit of a panic buy.

Great Find Marc.
I've recently reverted back to a late 07 GSA after a Spell with Versys 1000's.
I love the old Beemers to bits and some time without one has reminded of that...

I don't want to hijack this thread but what did you think of the Versys 1000?...asking for a friend ;)

I was won over by the smooth, torquey Motor and handling so I bought a used 2015.
I loved it for a good 7k miles over a year or so then foolishly traded it for a Top of the Range 2019 Model with all the Bells n Whistles.
Again, a great Bike but an awful lot of money tied up in it.
I'll openly admit that I got caught up in the excitement of the new Bike and didn't really think it through properly, so I asked the Dealer to resell it for me and I went back to a GSA.
If you were in the market for spending £16k on a new Bike then you could do much worse than a 2019 Versys 1000.
I can't really fault either of the ones I had, although I only had the new one for 1500 miles.

Nice bike, enjoy those Sergeant Seats!

Same colour/year as mine - the Sargent seats certainly improve it...now get yourself an Akro and an MRA X-Creen and you're really sorted :D:beerjug:

Cheers for those, they really are a lot more comfortable. Whereas I was starting to fidget after half an hour on the OE seat, I can now get to two hours before I start to move around!
