Relay for lights question.

I have a couple of PIAA wiring looms, one uses a relay labeled LR-7, the other is PL5FB.

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between them and if using them with diffferent lights from the ones they were supplied with would be an issue?

All you need for lights is a 4 pin switching relay - terminals are usually numbered.

85 - Switching feed (ie main beam feed or switch)
86 - Earth
30 - Battery positive (via fuse)
87 - Power to lights

from memory (probably iffy) the LR-7 is rated at 40 Amps - No reference on Google

I wondered if they had different ratings, the LR-7 came from a set of lights using 35 watt bulbs the others from a set using 55 watts.
