How many of you do it every month (or after every off road ride)? 
As per the schedule in the Mazzochi Fork Manual I posted in "Spares......"
"Every month or after each ride, unscrew the air bleeder screw on top of each slider, to depressurize the legs. This pressure is produced by the air trapped inside while riding. Due to the special oil seal shape, the air cannot go out, thus causing some fork problems."

Would not doing it be the reason the bushes wear so quickly?
