How many of you do it every month (or after every off road ride)? :augie

As per the schedule in the Mazzochi Fork Manual I posted in "Spares......"

"Every month or after each ride, unscrew the air bleeder screw on top of each slider, to depressurize the legs. This pressure is produced by the air trapped inside while riding. Due to the special oil seal shape, the air cannot go out, thus causing some fork problems."

Would not doing it be the reason the bushes wear so quickly? :nenau

Sounds very feasible to me and I must admit that I wasn't even aware of the task.

I'll be taking a look when I get home this evening!

You can replace the screw with an air bleeder - which simply is a little button that you push after (or even during) each ride.

I use them on my KTMs - I am sure you can get them for these forks.
