I am changing chain and sprockets and, the front sprocket is completely seized. (Done 20k miles over the last 14 mths thru winter!!) The bolt came off fine.

Tried WD40, tapping it with a punch and hammer and using a special gear puller tool. All I can think of now is a clow torch to heat the sprocket.....any ideas???

Cheers Adrian

Don't use a blow torch!!

You'll melt the output seal!

Try tapping it towards the gearbox before trying to pull it off and make sure you're trying to pull it off absolutely square.
