Removing Vario Pannier Lids ???

Can anybody tell me the procedure for removing the Vario Pannier Lids ?

You simply need to drift or push the pin out of the hinge.

Once you have done that they come apart easy enough.

I put a new "lid" on one of mine and re-used the exisiting lock mechanism.

Can the hinge pin be re-used ? Or do you need to buy a new one ?

I re-used mine.
