No, unless you are getting confused with your description

The "y-piece", as it is known, is for the 1100 & 1150s only, with the 1200 you have to replace the complete headers because the cat is not a seperate unit.

Does that make sense?

yes you are right friday head yes its the complete cat replacement the headers to the pipe so any answers????

Yes.

Can't say for sure but think so, it does fit with SMW Motech and Touratech bars.

First time allow an hour to an hour and a half.
