remus exhaust extender

Can anyone tell me of anyone that sells an exhaust extender to fit a remus can on an r1150gs?
I have just bought some touratech "special" panniers and need to reroute the exhaust gases.

Vern might be able to help you out. He sells a rerouter with his paniers and it fits my Remus. The fixing is specific to his mountings but he might be able to help.

Lots of people fit a stubby exhaust instead.

Had this fitted on my remus on the 1150 ( when I had it )

Tight fit and bolts to one of the end cap bolts IIRC..

Does this look any good to you?
