Remus Hexacone Baffle and MOT

Hi Everybody - newbie from London here.

I've got an 06 GSA which I bought with a Hexacone fitted and recently noticed that the baffle is missing. Whilst its not very loud I was just wondering if this would be an MOT issue. Before I start trawling through the net looking for a replacement, I was wondering if anyone out there has one fitted.

Hi, If it is "E" marked then you stand achance but technically it must not be modified so it depends how careful the tester is . No "E" mark, no chance!

Welcome to the site.

My understanding is that it's at the testers discretion.

No E mark is not a problem, only a stamp stating 'not for road use / race use only' will get you a fail.

What ever, my Bos system (no baffle) gets through ok and the MOT tester is a strict one.
