Hi all,
Having had major problems trying to get an exhaust for my old bike I don't want the same issues again.

Phoned M&P yesterday they offered me a complete system much money
but end cans were
Hexicon and Powercone is it correct they can be fitted as I thought it was only the Revolution can.

Thank you all in advance.

I think the Remus end cans are all compatible with the headers. They also need a link pipe IIRC

How about a nice set of Keihan headers? British made and available next week:augie

Keihan end can in about 4 weeks:D

I would consider it, had a bad experience with Trident Exhausts and couldn't get Blueflame to fit a 2006 Daytona.
You wouldn't have a linky would you?

I`ve put a thread on Vendors of Innovation here:

Keihan are one of the leaders in aftermarket exhaust systems so the quality is excellent and well known with classic bikes.

My bike is the mule for the 1200 systems and I have been asked my Keihan to market the GS exhaust systems.

The headers are available immediatley and we are in the process of testing a road legal end can which will be available with the link pipe. The can is probably 4/6 weeks away. The headers can replace the OEM headers and fit with the OEM can.

Interesting, quality looks good but I,m wondering about a potential "Hot Spot" where the left Cylinder Pipe is welded to the Right one as the angle looks a bit on the acute side to me. Also can they be fitted with SW Motech Engine Bars.

The headers are exactly the same as the OEM ones. I`ve been running them for nearly a year and haven`t noticed any problem with a hot spot!

If the standard headers fit with SW Motech bars, these will:thumb

Is that not the purpose of the link pipe bettween the left and right header? Im no expert, but I would have thought equalising the pressure between the headers would have corrected those issues....:nenau

Thanks.

I ran the standard can for a while and it has a much nicer "burble". I`m running a Scorpion can at the moment by way of comparison and that is much noisier. Running with the standard can is the best option if you want the increase in mid range power and a better noise!

We are developing a Keihan can and link pipe which should be on the bike next week for testing.
