Just checked their site - drop down list of models they repair does not include 2610!

I contacted Garmin today to repair my 2610, they said they don't repair that model. I need a new screen for mine. Any more contacts anyone? (I am waiting a reply from above address)

garmin UK offered to "fix my 2610, without fixing it. What they'd do instead would be replace it with a 2820 for the standard fixing fee of £183. I told them I could buy two new sat navs for that.

Then took it to the dealer here in Turkey and they replaced it with a 2820 for nought.
