Replace 2010 R1200GSA throttle rubber

Just noticed the throttle rubber has worn through on the outer edge exposing the heated element.
Is it possible to replace the rubber only (how ?) or do I have to replace the twist grip as a whole?

Ive just did mine and replced with two right hand grips from motoworks costing 6.60 each.

Loads of tutorials on you tube....

All you needis a sharpe blade some hairspray and a tube of loctite...works a treat...
