The fact that you bunch of muppets had serviced it just a few hundred miles before hand and missed the fact that the bolt securing the rear caliper was missing has nothing to do with it I suppose.
Those highly trained BMW muppets as you so call them wouldnt miss that. Why would we want to your just pissed that you didnt see the issue of the missing bolt when you bought the bike which to be fair was removed to fit that touratech bracket by the 1st owner. And the fact that vines wouldnt cough for new parts. If you had contacted customer services at BMW they would have sent 1 of the tech guys out to you and made a call on it.
Ok then, yes I was totally at fault for not having a good inspection of the bike before riding it away. Lesson number one learnt.
However, the bike had only been serviced by your "highly trained" staff a few hundred miles before hand.
Look at the picture, how long has that bolt been missing? A dam site longer than a few hundred miles and thats a fact.
The thing that really pissed me right off was the fact that on our first telephone conversation you were in complete denile about it.
You made an instant decision before even gathering the full facts.
You made your thoughts quite clear.
Lesson number two, buying a machine with a full BMW service history done by "highly trained" staff is not worth a wank!
I have also witnessed first hand how your "highly trained" staff have wired in the spot lights in, nice job Vines. Drilling a hole in the plastic surround under the tank so that you can add a zip tie just to secure the relay.
So if thats what you call "highly trained", then I'll stop as I am thanks.
