Replacement for stock exhaust

Am considering an after market can to reduce weight (OK it's also to improve the looks/sound, etc!).
Have system panniers so am looking for something that will accommodate them.
Any recommendations?

Thanks - have responded to Bryn in the thread link.
Great advice - have now got justification for buying new panniers as well - result.
