Replacement grips

I've got a 2004 F650 GS (this is my first bike as i just passed my test 2 months ago and loving it) which has heated grips, i'm wanting to replace them as they are worn through. Can i just replace the rubber without replacing the whole thing?

I think you might get more replies if this question was posted in the 650 singles section, rather than the twins. Perhaps someone could move it for you.
