Might be a simple answer....

How come if I take a luvverly shot of the moon on my super duper digital compact... it never looks the same size as I see it with my eyes...In other words its just a speck...

Is it a case of not being able to get a decent long distance shot without having a digital SLR?

I Thank you...... :)

Hope you're fully comp on the insurance front.....

Seems like its 'coming off week'... the number of threads this last few days (including mine :mmmm ) mentioning an 'off'

Hope you get your bike sorted soon, and you're not too bruised up...

You have to do much cutting and pasteing. Press 'quote' on this reply to see what I mean.

Greg, once I've got the reply screen up and typed something like this.....

Where do I then find the quote to add a bit more, or is it just a case of as you say cutting and pasting...but that doesn't tell anyone who said what..

or am i losing the plot....

Just use
{quote} words here{/quote}

But change the { brackets to [

I normally open the Forum twice - the first one as my main reply and the second to cut the selected quote.

To cut the selected quote, it's easiest if you hit the 'quote' button on that window too, but close that window and don't hit 'Submit Reply'.

Alternatively, you can always build your own quote:

{QUOTE=Bryn} I've got a very small pecker but I don't want anyone to know! {/QUOTE}

Just change the curly brackets for square ones.

When you do it looks like this:

Erm, sorry, like this:
