Did anyone manage to pull this file off a file-sharing network? It has been sitting on my copy of eDonkey for a couple of weeks, but no joy at all.

Anyone up for burning it onto a CD for me in return for a few beer tokens or a few blank discs?

Nope - mine is halfway through download and stuck since about a week ago. I guess the host hasn't fired up eMule recently.
