Reset for Quest

I am still having problems with my Quest (1) after installing European maps.

Is there a simple way to reset to original factory settings??

I thought Id managed to download original UK maps, but it still doesnt seem to want to search for UK roads. Its doing my head in. I loved it, then seem to have managed to bu&&er it up.

I guess before you wipe it there's a couple of things to check...

1. Are the maps enabled on the quest? (settings/map info) -- make sure City Select Europe v7 is checked, or CN v8 if you have that

2. When you compiled the maps on the PC did you check the box to include routing info in the bottom left corner of the browser window? If not recompile and resend.

Failing that the reset is... Here but that will trash everything, sat data, maps, waypoints, tracks, preferences so you probably don't need to do that yet.
