(Mods please move if this is in the wrong section.)
I was finding my GSA seat uncomfortable plus I wanted to be able to get more of my feet down when stopped (29.5" inside leg).
I had considered a Sargent/Corbin/Kahedo seat but they cost a fair bit, plus an airhawk would make me even higher on the bike.
I then looked at getting the stock seat reworked to suit me.
I went to Viking Motorcycle Seats near Brands Hatch and saw Lee, who packed out the seat pan voids with gel offcuts, lowered and narrowed the seat foam, reshaped it and added a 10mm Gel layer over the entire seat area (not just the butt cheeks) plus some thin comfort foam on top and then refitted the original GSA cover. I did a 20 mile ride but felt like it could need a bit more adjustment and Lee was happy to remove the cover and rework/pad up the front upholstery a little more in the groin area.
The result is a much more comfortable seat which still looks stock, I can almost get both feet down flat on a level road surface on standard suspension settings (ESA), and I feel like I am 'in' the bike rather than on it which seems to enhance the feedback a little when pushing on a bit.
A total result for £95 all in (I paid a ton for a job well done).
Highly recommended.

EDIT: He does all makes and models, but says he has done a lot of GS/GSA bikes for people.
